Member of Parliament for Molepolole South and secretary general of the ruling Botswana Democratic Party (BDP) Daniel 'DK' Kwelagobe has slammed the cabinet for what he called incompetence and poor implementation of projects. He expressed disappointment at a five-day leave that the cabinet has requested from President Festus Mogae saying they do not deserve it.
